Regarding: Very Serious Complaint
Dear Montreal Kosher Bakery Ltd Executive:
Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!
How is your day today in sunny Montreal, Quebec Canada?
My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the FACT that my 81 year old mother had bought at least two loaves of your Montreal Kosher Onion Bread 20 z / 567 g and sadly and unfortunately BOTH PACKAGES had several pieces of Stale Bread with a Greenish Color on those slices of bread.
Is that the Kind of Bread that You are Famous for Making?
I would HOPE NOT!
This has got to be the MOST DISGUSTING LOAVES OF KOSHER BREAD that I have ever seen in my Entire Life!
Do you know that I as well as my 81 year old mother could have Got Sick from EATING YOUR BREAD?
You have purposely and deliberately Sold my 81 year old mother Poor Bread Quality without even checking your breads to make sure that they are Safe and Edible for EATING!
This is Totally Gross and I, as well as my 81 year old mother are BOTH Very Angry, Upset and Embarrassed over this horrific experience.
This Has Been A Complete Waste Of My 81 Year Old Mother's Hard Earned Money!

I am NOT sure what You plan to do about it in order to make my 81 year old mother happy, but a Full Refund would definitely be a Start for her Inconvenience.
Furthermore, I have also saved some of the slices of green looking bread uncase you would like to examine them and I am only going to hold them for so long cause they look GROSS!
